  • 3 eggs.
  • 300 g of strawberry (or 200 g of strawberry jam).
  • 370 ml of milk.
  • 50g of cornstarch.
  • 200 gr of sugar.
  • 150 ml of oil.
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda.
  • 20 ml of white vinegar.
  • Salt.
  • Vanilla essence.

Ingredients for filling and decoration

  • ½ kg of strawberries.
  • 110 gr of impalpable sugar .
  • ½ liter of milk cream.
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.

How to make moist strawberry cake

HOW TO MAKE THE CAKE

  1. Before starting, preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. In a container, mix the milk with the vinegar. Stir and reserve.
  3. Prepare a blender or processor, place the strawberries inside and first crush them as much as possible. If you are using strawberry jam then this step is not necessary.
  4. Along with the crushed strawberry, add the eggs, oil, milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Blend everything very well.
